Through its Professional Development Division, NCITG provides customized training, business analysis, and facilitation services for a wide array of clients and industries.

NCITG’s lead development specialist – Jackie Mueckenheim – has over 16 years experience as a project manager, editor, technical writer, communications specialist, and trainer.   Working with a core network of developers and consultants, NCITG’s Professional Development Division designs and facilitates courses and workshops, as well as organizational leadership and planning programs and retreats, for both corporate and academic groups, including Eaton Corporation, Scott Fetzer, Thomson Corporation, Case Western Reserve University, and Cleveland State University. 

We partner with clients to improve organizational performance by:
